Alfa y Omega Organic Farm is owned and operated by Emilia Santos and Marcos Cardenas. They started out as part of the ALBA program and currently grow 2 acres in Salinas (Monterey County). In 2025, they were able to expand production in a 22 acre property in Hollister (San Benito County). They grow a wide range of fruits and vegetables including strawberries, cilantro, chard, broccolini, romaine lettuce, and onions.
